- Non-stick standard-size muffin/cupcake tin
- Baking sheet with a lip
- Three slices of thin bacon per baking cup
- Fill with your favorites like lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onions, a little guacamole.
- You can also make ground beef with or without seasonings like taco, greek, or Italian seasoning and add a little cheese on top. Melt the cheese in the oven under a broiler or in the microwave.
- Chicken or tuna salad
- Eggs scrambled, poached, or an omelet. Add your favorite toppings.
- For something different, fill it with low-carb ice cream.
